Recently, South Korean President Moon Jae-in proposed a four-party declaration of an end to the war with North Korea in a speech to the UN General Assembly, which he said would involve South Korea, the United States, North Korea and China.

However, the Korean parliament and the public criticized President Moon Jae-in's announcement of an end-of-war declaration as a diplomatic disaster for Moon Jae-in. Because North Korea is not giving up its nuclear weapons, declaring an end to the war is a fatal blow to South Korea.

The declaration of an end to the war was always desired by Kim Jong-un, and after the declaration of an end to the war, the U.S. military must withdraw from South Korea and the UN Command must be disbanded.

At today's(22nd) pentagon briefing, I asked a spokesperson kirby about the declaration of the end of war.

Q:(Janne Pak): You may have seen it reported that South Korean President Moon Jae-in proposed a four party 'end of war declaration' with South Korea, United States, North Korea, and China at the UN General Assembly.

In fact, this declaration of the end of the war is what North Korean leader Kim Jong-un wants, and it means that the withdrawal of the U.S troops from south Korea, and the dismantling of the United Nations Command.

Would you like to say something?

A:(Mr. Kirby): Well, I think, you know, the United States remains committed to achieving lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula through dialogue and diplomacy with North Korea. We continue to seek engagement with the DPRK to address a variety of issues.

And We're open to discussing the possibility of an end of war declaration. Our goal remains as always, the complete denuclearization of the peninsula.

Q:(Janne Pak): Do you think this declaration of the end of the war is not a solution to North Korea's nuclear problem?

A:(Mr. Kirby): As I said, we're open to a discussion about an end of war declaration. But we are also committed to diplomacy and dialogue with the DPRK to achieve the denuclearization. We know that this is a complex issue, and we're committed to supporting the role of our diplomats in having that kind of dialogue going forward.

Moon Jae-in pursues whatever Kim Jong-un wants. He is not the commander-in-chief of the South Korean military, but a servant of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

The United States must also clearly understand the meaning of the end-of-war declaration. After U.S. troops withdrew from Vietnam after a peace treaty was signed in the past, North Vietnam forces took over Vietnam. It left us a big lesson. North Korean leader Kim Jong-un constantly wanted a declaration of an end to the war and a peace treaty in order to follow this procedure.

Most South Koreans do not believe in a declaration of an end to the war and a peace treaty with North Korea. Because there is a North Korean conspiracy.

Moon Jae-in, whose term of office is short, should no longer take actions that benefit North Korea. Moon Jae-in has been obsessed with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un during his four years and six months in office. The security and human rights of the South Korean people have been neglected.

In March next year, South Korea will hold a new presidential election. A new president who can strengthen the Korea-U.S. alliance is desperately needed.

[미국, 종전선언 토론 열려있지만, 한반도의 완전한 비핵화 원해!]

최근 한국의 문재인 대통령이 유엔 총회 연설에서 북한과 4자 종전선언을 제안했다, 이 종전선언에는 한국, 미국, 북한, 중국이 참여한다고 말했다.

하지만 이번 문재인 대통령의 종전선언 발표에 대해 한국 의회와 국민들은 문재인의 외교참사라고 비난했다. 왜냐면 북한이 핵무기를 포기하지 않고 있는데, 종전선언을 한다는 것은 한국에 치명타 이다.

종전선언은 김정은이 항상 원했고 종전선언을 하고난 이후에는 미군이 한국에서 철수해야 하며, UN사령부도 해체 해야 되기 때문에 가장 위험하다.

오늘(22일, 현지) 미 국방부 브리핑에서 본기자는 컬비 펜타곤 대변인에게 종전선언에 대해 질문했다.

질문:(Janne Pak): 문재인 대통령이 유엔총회에서 한국,미국,북한, 그리고 중국과 4자 종전선언을 제안했다는 보도를 본 적이 있을 것이다. 사실 이번 종전선언은 북한 김정은이가 바라는 바이며, 주한미군 철수와 유엔군 사령부의 해체를 의미한다.

논평을 부탁한다.

답변:(Kirby 대변인): 저는 미국이 북한과의 대화와 외교를 통해 한반도의 항구적인 평화를 달성하기 위해 계속 노력하고 있다고 생각한다. 우리는 다양한 문제를 해결하기 위해 계속해서 북한과의 교류를 모색하고 있다.

그리고 우리는 종전선언의 가능성에 대해 논의할 준비가 되어 있다. 우리의 목표는 항상 그랬듯이 한반도의 완전한 비핵화 이다.

질문:(Janne Pak): 이번 종전선언이 북한 핵문제의 해법이 아니라고 보는가?

답변:(Kirby 대변인): 내가 말했듯이, 우리는 종전선어에 대한 토론에 열려 있다. 그러나 우리는 또한 비핵화를 달성하기 위해 북한과의 외교와 대화에도 전념하고 있다. 우리는 이것이 복잡한 문제라는 것을 알고 있으며 앞으로 그런 종류의 대화를 갖는 외교관의 역할을 지원하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있다.

문재인은 김정은이 원하는 것이라면 무엇이든지 추진한다. 한국의 군 통수권자가 아니라 북한의 김정은의 하수인 같다.

미국도 종전선언의 의미를 분명하게 알아야 한다. 과거 평화조약을 맺은 이후 미군이 베트남에서 철수 한후 북 월맹군이 베트남을 접수했다. 이것은 우리에게 큰 교훈을 남겼다. 북한 김정은이 이런 수순을 밟기 위해 끊임없이 종전선언과 평화조약을 원했다.

한국 국민의 대부분은 북한과의 종전선언과 평화조약을 믿지 않는다. 북한의 음모가 있기 때문이다.

임기가 얼마 남지 않는 문재인이 더 이상 북한에게 이롭게 하는 행동을 하지 말아야 한다. 문재인은 집권 4년 6개월동안 북한 김정은에게 집착하는 행동을 해 왔다. 한국 국민들의 안보와 인권은 무시해 왔다.

내년 3월이면 한국에 새 대통령 선거가 있다. 한.미 동맹을 강화해 나갈수 있는 새로운 대통령이 절실히 필요하다.
