The United States has stated that it does not agree to the negotiations proposed by Iran.

미국은 이란이 제안한 협상에 대해 동의하지 않는다고 밝혔다.

On the 10th (local time), President Trump stated via social media that he was not satisfied with the ceasefire proposal put forward by Iran, noting that the plan presented by Iran did not include the provisions regarding nuclear disarmament that the United States seeks.

트럼프 대통령은 10(현지시간) SNS를 통해 이란이 제안한 종전협상안에 만족하지 않으며,  이란이 제시한 협상안에는 미국이 원하는 핵제거에 대한 사항이 담겨있지 않았다.

President Trump emphasized that Iran has "toyed with us and the world for 47 years," underscoring the absolute necessity of achieving the nuclear disarmament of Iran that the United States seeks.

트럼프 대통령은 "이란은 47년 동안 우리와 세계를 갖고 놀았다면서 미국이 원하는 이란에 대한 핵 제거를 반드시 해야 할 것을 강조했다.

Meanwhile, Iranian military spokesperson Akrami Nia stated, "Iran's response is that it will not engage in negotiations intended to appease Trump. The nuclear issue is not a subject for negotiation."

한편, 아크라미 니아 이란군 대변인은 "이란의 반응은 트럼프를 만족시키기 위한 협상은 하지 않을것이다. 핵문제에 관해서는 협상할 사안이 아니다."고 밝혔다.

As negotiations between the United States and Iran characterized by a prolonged back-and-forth now face the risk of foundering, military tensions are once again looming.

그동안 밀당을 해온 미국과 이란의 협상이 좌초위기에 놓여있게 됨으로서 다시 군사적 긴장이 맴돌고 있다.

As previously noted, President Trump is also keeping open the possibility of resuming "Project Freedom," which he had suspended citing progress in negotiations with Iran.

앞서 트럼프 대통령은 이란과의 협상 진전을 이유로 중단했던 "프로젝트 프리덤" 재개 가능성도 여전히 열어두고 있다.

President Trump stated, "If things do not go according to plan, we can return to Project Freedom," adding, "However, in that case, it would become 'Project Freedom Plus,' with additional elements included."

트럼프 대통령은 "계획대로 되지 않는다면 프로젝트 프리덤으로 돌아갈수 있다"며 다만 그 경우에는 다른 요소들이 추가된 '프로젝트 프리덤 플러스' 가 될 것이다."고 말했다.

The U.S. Ambassador to the UN also hinted during a conversation with the press today that "if negotiations with Iran do not proceed properly, the military option could be utilized once again."

유엔주재 미국대사도 오늘 언론과의 대화에서 "이란과의 협상이 제대로 안될 경우 다시 군사적 카드를 사용할수 있다."고 암시했다.

On the 10th (local time), Mike Waltz, the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, stated, "U.S. President Donald Trump is giving diplomacy every possible opportunity while holding the option to resume attacks on Iran."

10일(현지시간) 마이크 왈츠 유엔 주재 미국대사는 "도널드 트럼프 미국 대통령이 이란에 대한 공격 재개 카드를 손에 쥔 채 외교에 최대한의 기회를 주고 있다"고 밝혔다.

In an interview with ABC News, Ambassador Waltz stated, "President Trump is giving every possible opportunity to diplomacy before returning to hostilities," adding, "However, he is certainly prepared to resume attacks against Iran."

왈츠 대사는 ABC뉴스 인터뷰에서 "트럼프 대통령은 적대 행위로 돌아가기 전에 가능한 모든 기회를 외교에 주고 있다"며 "하지만 그는 이란에 대한 공격을 재개할 준비가 확실히 돼 있다"고 말했다.

Ambassador Waltz added, "As for the issue of a ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran, it is up to President Trump the Commander-in-Chief to decide what constitutes a violation of the ceasefire, when to resume military action, or how long to extend diplomatic opportunities."

왈츠 대사는 "미·이란 간 휴전 문제에 관해 말하자면, 무엇이 휴전 위반에 해당하는지, 언제 군사 행동으로 복귀할지, 아니면 언제까지 외교적 기회를 줄지 결정하는 것은 최고사령관인 트럼프 대통령의 몫"이라고 덧붙였다.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu also told CBS News, "The war with Iran is not over yet."

네타냐후 이스라엘 총리도 CBS 뉴스에서 "이란과의 전쟁이 아직 끝나지 않았다.:고 말했다.

The very purpose behind the United States initiating a war with Iran is to eliminate Iran's nuclear capabilities. The fact that Americans across the board prioritize the elimination of Iran's nuclear program over bringing the war to an end makes it clear that resolving the nuclear issue with Iran constitutes the ultimate objective of any negotiations. 미국이 이란과의 전쟁을 시작한 목적도 이란의 핵 제거를 위한 것이다. 미국인 모두가 종전보다 이란의 핵 제거가 중요하다고 말함으로서 이란과의 핵 종결이야 말로 최대의 협상 목표임을 알수있다.(끝)
