@President Yoon got out of his car and walked, approaching the citizens who supported and welcomed him and saluted them one by one.

South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol, who was the first sitting president to be tried while in custody, has been released. The world's unprecedented forced arrest and detention of a sitting president has come to an end.

The incident in which an unqualified department called the Public Prosecutor's Office broke the law and mobilized the police to arrest and detain a sitting president will be recorded in history.

On the afternoon of the 8th (local time), the prosecution did not immediately appeal the court's decision to cancel President Yoon Suk-yeol's detention and instead sent a release order for President Yoon to the Seoul Detention Center. The Ministry of Justice then faxed the release order and began the release process.

Accordingly, President Yoon returned to the official residence 41 days after being indicted on January 26 on charges of being the leader of a rebellion and 52 days after being arrested on January 15.

현직 대통령으로는 처음으로 구속된 상태로 재판을 받았던 윤석열 한국대통령이 석방됐다. 세계에서 있을수 없는 현직 대통령의 강제 체포 구속은 이제 막을 내렸다.

공수처라는 자격도 없는 부서가 법을 어기면서 경찰등을 동원해 현직 대통령을 체포해 구금한 사건은 역사에도 기록 될 것이다.

8일(현지시간) 오후 검찰은 윤석열 대통령의 구속을 취소한 법원 판단에 대해 즉시항고 하지 않고 윤 대통령에 대한 석방 지휘서를 서울구치소에 보냈다. 그리고 법무부는 이 석방 지휘서를 팩스로 접수해 출소 절차를 진행했다.

이에 따라 윤 대통령은 내란 우두머리 혐의로 지난 1월 26일 구속기소된 지 41일 만, 1월 15일 체포된 이후 52일 만에 관저로 돌아가게 됐다.

At one time, the special prosecution team opposed it, but after internal discussions, they decided to accept it, and the Supreme Prosecutors' Office leadership, including Prosecutor General Shim Woo-jung, unanimously ordered the release without immediately appealing the court's decision.

Earlier, President Yoon revealed his position through his legal team as the release process was underway.

First, President Yoon said, "I would like to express my gratitude to the Central District Court for their courage and determination in correcting the illegality," and "I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the many citizens who have supported me despite the cold weather, and to our future generations."

한때 특수본 측이 반발했지만 내부 논의 끝에 결국 수용하기로 결정하면서 심우정 검찰총장 등 대검찰청 수뇌부는 법원 판단에 대해 만장일치로 즉시항고하지 않고 석방을 지시했다.

앞서 윤 대통령은 석방 절차가 진행되자 변호인단을 통해 자신의 입장을 밝혔다.

윤대통령은 먼저 "불법을 바로잡아준 ,중앙지법 재판부의 용기와 결단에 감사드린다"며 "그동안 추운 날씨에도 불구하고 응원을 보내주신 많은 국민들,그리고 우리 미래세대 여러분께깊이 감사드린다"고 했다.

In particular, President Yoon said, "I was so heartbroken to hear the sad news that someone took their own life in protest of my arrest," and prayed for the deceased's soul to rest in peace.

President Yoon continued, "There are people who are imprisoned in relation to my arrest," and "I pray that they will be released soon."

President Yoon also said, "There are people who are on a hunger strike, and since you have made your intentions known, I hope you will stop now," and "I bow my head once again to the people and thank you."

특히 윤 대통령은 "저의 구속에 항의하며 목숨을 끊으셨다는 안타까운 소식을 접하고 너무나 마음이 아팠다"며 고인의 명복을 빌었다.

윤 대통령은 이어 "저의 구속과 관련해 ,수감되어있는 분들도 계신다"며 "조속히 석방이 되기를 기도한다"고 주장했다.

윤대통령은 또한 "단식투쟁을 하고 계신 분들도 계신데, 뜻을 충분히 알리신 만큼,이제 멈춰주시면 좋겠다"며 "다시 한 번 국민 여러분께 고개 숙여 감사드린다"고 말했다.

The day before, the 25th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Court accepted President Yoon's request to cancel the arrest, claiming that the arrest was unjust.

As a result, the truth about the illegal arrest by the Public Prosecutor's Office was revealed, and the opposition Democratic Party's conspiracy to commit sedition was exposed to the world. The opposition party is still in the process of legislative tyranny, unconditionally impeaching anyone they don't like.

전날 서울중앙지법 형사합의25부는 구속 상태가 부당하다며 윤 대통령이 제기했던 구속 취소 청구를 받아들였다.

이로서 공수처의 불법체포에 대한 진실은 드러났고 더불어 민주당인 야당의 내란공작음모가 만천하에 드러났다. 야당은 그들의 마음에 들지 않으면 무조건 탄핵을 시키는 입법횡포는 지금도 진행중이다.

The people knew why President Yoon Suk-yeol declared martial law and realized that this was the best way for liberal democracy. President Yoon Suk-yeol's popularity actually increased by 60% after the declaration of martial law.

I think that the Korean people, who were fed up with the tyranny of the Democratic Party of Korea, were crying out to the world.

As long as the rule of law in South Korea is alive, the tyranny of the self-righteous opposition party, which is rampant with impeachment, should never happen again. This is because it causes enormous damage to the quality of life of the people and the country.

국민들은 윤석열 대통령이 계엄을 선포한 이유를 알았고 이것이 자유민주주의를 위한 최선의 방법이라는 것을 깨달았다. 윤석열대통령의 인기는 오히려 계엄선포후 60%로 증가했다.

야당의 민주당의 횡포에 질려버린 한국국민들이 전세계에 외침이 작동했다고 본다.

한국의 법치주의가 살아있는 한 다시는 탄핵이 난무하는 독선적인 야당의 횡포가 있어서는 안된다. 이는 국민들의 삶의 질과 국가적 엄청난 손실을 초래하기 때문이다.

Now we are waiting for the final ruling from the next Constitutional Court. The Korean people are expecting that if the Constitutional Court conducts a fair trial, it will dismiss or reject the case.

이제 다음 헌법재판소의 마지막 선고를 기다리고 있다. 국민들은 이번 헌제가 공정하게 재판을 한다면 각하 내지는 기각을 할 것이라고 기대하고 있다.

Because the conspiracy and plot with the Democratic Party (opposition party) was revealed in the arguments and witness testimonies held at the Constitutional Court, and the reason for martial law became clear as President Yoon personally argued. And because the Korean people absolutely support the martial law of this president. It is part of efforts to strengthen the ROK-US alliance, eliminate anti-state subversive forces, and build trust in liberal democracy, rather than being pro-China or pro-North Korea.

왜냐면 헌법재판소에서 열린 변론과 증인들의 증언에서 더불어 민주당(야당)과의 공작과 음모가 드러났고 윤대통령이 직접 변론함으로서 계엄의 사유가 확실해 졌기 때문이다. 그리고 이번 대통령의 계엄령에 대해 한국국민들이 절대적으로 지지하고 있기 때문이다. 친중,친북이 아닌 한미동맹강화와 반국가적 불순세력척결, 자유민주주의에 대한 신뢰를 구축하기 위한 노력의 일환이기 때문이다.(끝)
