Richard Grenell, the special presidential envoy for North Korea in the second Trump administration, said on the 21st at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Oxon Hill, Maryland, that President Trump “could appear with Kim Jong-un.”

Ambassador Grenell served as the US Ambassador to Germany and Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in the first Trump administration, and was appointed as President Trump’s foreign policy and security advisor during the current presidential election. Meanwhile, White House National Security Advisor Michael Waltz referred to President Trump as the “Presidency of Peace” in the CPAC talk program that day and said that President Trump’s foreign policy is based on the principle of “peace through strength.”
