   "Russia and North Korea must stop making provocative statements"

@Q&A with a State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller and Janne Pak at the State Department Press Briefing on October 28, 2024.

It was reported that 5,000 North Korean soldiers were dispatched to Russia and were heading to Kursk after completing training. Meanwhile, the Secretary General of NATO also announced that he had confirmed the dispatch of North Korean troops.
